Merdeka?

Right before the fireworks subside,
the people cheer.
A celebration, it seems.
Yet,
it is no better than a rotten apple.

A beautiful outlook?
Even this, is crumbling.
With macro issues such as global warming and poverty,
one cannot sustain own's desire: of greed and selfishness.

This is Malaysia.

What am I saying?
I am disappointed.

Who's fault to blame?
For this,
I can't say anything.
For I don't want to disappear, too.

Multiracial?
Multicultural?
Or multiracism?
